You'll see the verified summary — visa type, permitted work conditions, and expiry date — but not the raw documents. This protects candidate privacy while giving you everything you need for a compliant hiring decision.

Candidates with expiring visas are automatically flagged and their profiles are updated. You'll receive notifications for shortlisted candidates whose work rights are approaching expiry, giving you time to plan accordingly.
